Titan Dynamics Raises $9 Million Seed Round to Accelerate Mission-Focused 3D Printed sUAS Development
January 2026 - TORRANCE, Ca. — Titan Dynamics announced the successful close of a $9 million Seed funding round to accelerate the development and deployment of advanced 3D printed additive manufacturing small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS), mobile sUAS manufacturing capabilities, and auto-generating UAS software designed to adapt at the speed of the mission.
Since its founding, Titan Dynamics has operated as a bootstrapped company for over two years—delivering and supporting multiple U.S. military contracts while building the technical and operational foundation for scalable growth. This funding marks a significant inflection point as the company transitions from early execution to accelerated expansion.
The capital will support:
Scaling engineering and technical teams
Advancing Titan’s integrated air systems architecture
Expanding mobile sUAS factory capabilities
Accelerating the transition from design to deployable operational systems
Titan’s vertically integrated approach focuses on reducing time from concept to fielded capability, enabling unmanned systems to be built, adapted, and sustained with greater speed and operational relevance.
“This raise strengthens our ability to execute,” said Mo Abid, CEO of Titan Dynamics. “From day one, our focus has been on building mission-focused systems that can move from design to deployment without friction. This funding allows us to scale that execution model and continue delivering capability where and when it matters.”
The Seed round includes participation from Long Journey, Tamarack Global, NVTBL, Epakon Capital, Discipulus Ventures, HF0 Residency, Cherubic Ventures, Justin Caldbeck, and additional investors.
Titan Dynamics extends its gratitude to its investors, team members, partners, and early supporters whose conviction and commitment helped make this milestone possible.
The company is actively expanding its engineering and operations teams as it continues to redefine how unmanned systems are built, fielded, and sustained.
About Titan Dynamics
Titan Dynamics is a defense-focused aerospace company building advanced small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) powered by rapid additive manufacturing.
