Delivery Policy
As we specialize in digital products, delivery is conducted electronically. Once a purchase is made, customers will receive an email containing a link to download their 3D printing file. Files are available for download immediately after the payment is processed. Should there be any issues in accessing the files, our customer support team is ready to assist.
Refund Policy
At Titan Dynamics, we offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness in our transactions. Refunds for our products are eligible under the following circumstances:
· The file is corrupted or does not open.
· The file does not match the description or preview shown on our website.
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within 14 days of purchase, providing the order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review each case individually and respond accordingly. Please note, due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for files that have been downloaded without meeting the above conditions, or extraordinary exceptions.
Return Policy
Given the digital format of our 3D printing files, we do not offer returns once a file has been downloaded. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, so we encourage customers to reach out to our support team if there are any concerns regarding the product they have received. We are committed to addressing and resolving such issues.
